Service procedure
1. Request for consultation
We provide consulting on moving schedules and rough estimates, such as the Lucky Transport website, Kakao Talk channel, and telephone consultation.
2. Visit quotation
We measure migration conditions and freight estimates, and provide detailed estimates and consulting services.
3. Contract of carriage
We coordinate and reserve the moving schedule according to the customer's circumstances, and draw up a freight forwarding contract.
4. Packaging work
Based on more than 15 years of experience and know-how, professional moving staff safely and securely pack your precious cargo.
5. Shipment
Container work and shipment are carried out, and Ocean Bill of Lading is issued.
6. Customs and Quarantine
We provide complex moving paperwork agency services such as cargo customs clearance and quarantine.
7. Home Delivery
Safe door-to-door delivery is made from the departure point to your home according to the freight list.
